LOS ANGELES — Adult stars Brittany Andrews and Helly Hellfire have teamed up to create a DJ duo called "BlondeTourAge," announcing plans to make their international debut at the annual Hacienda Festival this weekend in Japan.
Andrews and Hellfire will be spinning alongside top touring acts such as Afrojack, John Digweed, Happy Mondays and 808 State. The 2013 festival is set for the Oiso Prince Hotel in Long Beach this Saturday and Sunday.
"My last visit to Japan was during the horrific earthquake in 2011 so it will be great to be back in a place that is so dear to my heart and for us to perform for so many fabulous people will make me happy," Andrews said.
Hellfire, aka Hellywood, will be performing on the A/X Terrace on Saturday and then on the LB Studio Stage on Sunday. “Brittany and I are an amazing duo," she said.
In addition to performing at both days of the festival on the LB Studio Stage (set times to be announced), Andrews will be performing exclusively on Sunday with the CyberJapan Dancers – a female go-go dance team in Japan.
“I’m super stoked – they are so cute and are similar to the Pussycat Dolls here in the U.S. – meow," Andrews said.
Andrews and Hellfire will also perform together on Sunday night at a party presented by Armani Exchange with artists GrooveClap, 808 State and Soul Clap.
The Hacienda Festival is located at the Oiso Hotel Long Beach at 546 Kokufuhongo, Oiso-machi, Naka-gun, Kanagawa in Japan. The full performance schedule of all artists can be found on the official event website.
