ENCINO, Calif. — Pro-Health Community Care has announced its availability to service the adult industry community with STD testing at its service centers throughout Southern California and Las Vegas.
Dr. Heidi Bauer, chief of the STD office of the California Dept. of Public Health, recommends this new fourth-generation HIV 1 & 2 combo test every two weeks, and other STD testing every 30 days, according to Pro-Health.
Pro-Health Community Care's Encino office is at 16100 Ventura Blvd. #343, with operating hours of Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Any tests in by 5 p.m. will have results the next morning, Pro-Health indicated.
Pro-Health Community Care said it also has a Mobile Test Team that can be dispatched to a location with 72 hours notice and 10 to 15 people registered and ready to be tested. The organization said it will never send a patient's specimen out of California, and its California and Nevada-licensed doctors read every test result.
"Your status of 'clear' or 'not clear' can be accessed to whomever you give access to 24/7," according to Pro-Health. "If you need a prescription, our doctors can order it for you after a confidential phone call and you will have your medication that day."
Pro-Health Community Care is non-profit, tax-exempt organization and under no other control other than its medical board of directors, the company said.
