Essential Gay & Lesbian Directory Partners With Pride Card Services

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Pride Card Services, a gay-owned and operated payment processing company, has announced it has been chosen as the preferred provider for The Essential Gay & Lesbian Directory.

The partnership will benefit both organizations, as well as the lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgendered (LGBT) community. For every new merchant that signs with Pride Card Services, the firm donates $250 to an LGBT charity. Each month thereafter, Pride Card Services donates up to 20% of the net income it earns on that merchant’s account.

The Essential Gay & Lesbian Directory will use Pride Card Services for its own payment processing services, and it will promote Pride Card Services to its base of LGBT-owned and LGBT-friendly businesses.

“Pride Card Services represents an incredible opportunity,” said Tom Adler, owner of The Essential Gay & Lesbian Directory. “Businesses will save money on credit card processing fees and support our community at the same time. I’ve been impressed by this company from the beginning, and I’m thrilled at the potential this partnership will bring.”
