LOS ANGELES — Rock Star Entertainment, the studio founded by directors David Lord and Joshua late last year, announced today the upcoming release of "Trashy," the first title in its new all-sex video trilogy.
"Trashy" features six "up-and-coming" starlets in five hardcore sex scenes set against a "grungy and alternative backdrop." A trailer can be seen on Rock Star Entertainment's YouTube channel.
Lord describes "Trashy" as a "hard-hitting, rock & roll adventure" and is confident that he has directed what will be considered one of his best films.
"I squeezed every ounce of creativity I could into it, and the visuals by myself and Rock Star Entertainment I think are second to none," he said in a statement.
"I have wanted to make this movie for a long time, and I am glad it was for our company. Josh and I both believe in taking chances and I really think it paid off with 'Trashy.'”
Lord and Joshua said that Rock Star Entertainment "wanted to go away from the contract girl movie" and produce a new grittier trilogy to accompany the studio's hit "Deviance" series.
“Trashy might very well be our best movie so far," Joshua said. "I am obviously partial to 'D3viance,' but 'Trashy' takes cues from the 'Deviance' series and runs with it in a whole new direction. The result is unique visual experience fans are gonna really been drawn to.”
"Trashy" features performances by Brandy Aniston, Juelz Ventura, Angelina Valentine, Candy Manson, Angela Sommers and cover girl Christy Mack.
Rock Star Entertainment's "D3viance" won All-Sex Release of the Year at this year's XBIZ Awards.
