SAN FRANCISCO — GameLink announced today that it is seeking a developer that can integrate its movies with Leap Motion’s interactive controller.
The company is launching a contest on Jan. 15 that will award the winner with a GameLink development contract.
GameLink principals are looking for a developer that can best integrate the tiny controller device that attaches to any computer and senses the user’s hand and finger movements for direct 3D interaction with the screen.
By connecting an iPod-sized device, users instantly get 8 cubic feet of, intuitive, 3D interaction space, according to GameLink.
“GameLink looks to bring our customers a new dimension beyond sight and sound to the adult movies and private cams by developing the Leap Motion technology,” Jeff Dillon, vice president of business development said.
