LAS VEGAS — Reality TV star Olivia Black has been fired from the History Channel's "Pawn Stars" program after her past as an adult model for goth-pinup site SuicideGirls.com was exposed by the National Enquirer.
"Well, shit... I was just fired," Black wrote on her Facebook page on Wednesday.
Black, who modeled nude for SuicideGirls under the alias Belladonna, joined "Pawn Stars" earlier this year for season five of the reality series set around employees at the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas.
Black had been hired as a night shift clerk at the shop, where her good looks and charm quickly won over the admiration of fans and most notably costar and clerk Austin "Chumlee" Russell.
"Sadly this is not a joke.... I no longer work for Gold and Silver Pawn Shop," Black wrote. "It has been a whirlwind of a year, and now I must move on. Just as simple as downsizing.
"It is of no fault of the guys. I still adore my bosses fully. The tears have dried and the smiles have returned. I'm fortunate to have worked for ‘Pawn Stars’ at all."
