Porn Star Briana Banks Arrested on DUI Charges

LOS ANGELES — Porn star Briana Banks was arrested for DUI on Wednesday after failing a field sobriety test given to her by police after an automobile accident.

TMZ.com reports that Banks was pulled over at a McDonald's drive-thru after a witness at the accident tipped authorites that she may have been intoxicated.

Banks failed a field sobriety test given to her by officers and was immediately arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. She was released after being booked.

Banks is former Vivid Girl and the star of more than 275 adult titles. She broke into porn in 1999 and quickly became one of porn's most popular stars.
