HubPeople Nominated for iDate Awards

LOS ANGELES HubPeople.com, the international white label dating platform provider, has been nominated for Most Innovative Company and Best Affiliate Program at the iDate 2013 awards.

The awards (commonly referred to as the "Oscars" of the dating world) represent the online dating industry and will be held in Las Vegas on Jan. 17, 2013.

Business development executive Will Bush said, "We are thrilled to have been nominated in not just one, but two categories, for this years awards. To be nominated for such prestigious awards is a real honor, and a testament to all the hard work put in by Hubpeople over the last year."

The company said it was nominated in the Most Innovative Company as a result of its community led approach to dating  building thriving online communities of daters with high levels of interaction and engagement between users.

The approach has led to a strong record of member and subscriber loyalty, with higher than average login rates, and a high level of member satisfaction.

Bush said, "We've dedicated a huge amount of time and effort over the past year to try and break the mould of the traditional online dating experience - where interaction between members is primarily, and in many cases solely, conducted via the exchange of mail. The Hubpeople's platform offers our members a plethora of ways to interact with each other, from traditional mail exchange, to commenting, posting, liking, chatting, and flirting - the result of which is a vibrant online social community, which fulfils not only our members dating needs, but also many of their social ones."

The nomination for Hubpeople in the category of Best Affiliate Program can be attributed to the success of their white label dating and networking platform, the company said.

The platform, which offers free design, setup, and hosting for individual webmasters and institutional partners, has produced a number online dating sites, and is offered to partners at zero cost.

Bush said, "We provide our partners with a fully comprehensive service; from initial site design and setup, through to payment processing, marketing campaigns, innovative site features and analytics, and an unrivalled customer support system, all at zero cost to our partners. This allows our partners to get their sites up and running with the minimum of effort, expertise, and investment, leaving them free to concentrate on the branding, promotion, and generation of traffic for their site, which ultimately results in higher levels of income for both Hubpeople and our partners."

The affiliate program offers 50 percent commission on all subscriptions for the life of each member, and its affiliate referral program offers 10 percent commission on the earnings of all referred partners for life.

"Our platform generates extremely high levels of member and subscriber loyalty, so we wanted our affiliate program to reflect that. By paying our partners a commission of their members earnings for life, rather than just for each sign up or lead, we've created a program that allows our web masters to develop their dating sites into financially stable businesses which consistently generate income," Bush said.

The iDate Awards are held in conjunction with the iDate 2013 Dating Industry Conference, which runs Jan. 16-18 at Harrah's Hotel & Casino.

Voting for the 2013 iDate awards closes on Jan. 4 and the voting page can be found here.
