The new product lines join Adventure Industries' Whip Smart, a line specifically designed to reach out to couples who are curious, yet turned off by more explicit bondage items, spokesperson Joel Weiner said.
To add to the mainstream reach of each fresh product line, Adventure Industries' new items are packaged in a more consumer-friendly manner, with no nudity on the box. The packaging also displays the company’s slogan, “U Can Play!”
Vigorect is an herbal male sexual enhancement supplement that the company claims aids in erectile dysfunction. Vigorect comes in the form of a berry-flavored oral gel. Weiner says the product works by producing stimuli to both physical and psychological pathways.
Vigorect is sold at adult toy and novelty retailers, but is also jockeying for placement in large chain drugstores.
Radio commercials for Vigorect have run on Free FM stations throughout the country on the Adam Corolla and Tom Leykis shows.
The second new item is called Pure Passion, a stimulating natural sex gel that can be used during foreplay or sex. The gel, which induces a tingling sensation for women, comes in four flavors — Strawberries and Crème, Sex on the Beach, Crème de Menthe and Cherry Popper.
