LAS VEGAS — The “Star Wars XXX” Landspeeder prop is now parked at The Erotic Heritage Museum in Las Vegas.
Just in time to celebrate the Museum’s Fourth Anniversary fundraising event on Sept. 1, the iconic Landspeeder will be on display at a party filled with porn stars, giveaways, delectable surprises, live music, raffles and more.
Vivid Entertainment and director Axel Braun provided the futuristic vehicle and costumes to the museum.
"This epic parody was a landmark movie for the adult industry and we wanted the Erotic Heritage Museum to have a great display from it," Vivid founder and co-chariman Steven Hirsch said.
He added, "We incorporated an incredible array of special effects into this movie and it was by far the most expensive and elaborate production we've done. Fan response from the movie has been terrific, and this exhibit will provide yet another dimension for people to enjoy our parody."
Museum officials said they are ecstatic with this newest offering for both museum goers and its members and feel it will enhance their experience in an already world-class destination.
Clips from the film are also open to the public within the walls of the non-profit museum dedicated to celebrating sexuality through the arts. Museum goers can even pose with the Landspeeder and costumed mannequins from the parody.
Admission to the event is by donation and a cash bar is available to those 21 and older. The party runs from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
The Museum is located at 3275 Industrial Road, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89109.
