BURBANK, Calif. — Manwin has opened doors at its new Los Angeles-area office in adjacent Burbank.
The adult entertainment conglomerate took the top two floors at a three-year-old, seven-story building adjacent to the Burbank Empire Shopping Center and nearby to the Bob Hope Airport.
The new Los Angeles headquarters, measuring about 104,000 square feet, houses 200 employees from its Manwin USA, Playboy Plus and Manwin DP (Digital Playground) units. Company executives and other employees moved last week from a nearby Glendale-adjacent location.
"[The new offices will] provide a better, brighter work environment for our employees, reflecting the Manwin look, feel and standards," Manwin officials said.
That Manwin look carries outside the building. The Burbank office building is capped with a gleaming PlayboyPlus marquee, and other exterior parts of the building include Manwin and PlayboyPlus signage.
Manwin operates Playboy Plus in a licensing deal with Beverly Hills, Calif.-based Playboy Enterprises. The Luxembourg-based company with offices in Montreal also operates numerous blue-chip brands, including Brazzers and Digital Playground. It also owns YouPorn and Twistys, as well as Spankwire, Webcams Tube8, ExtremeTube, KeezMovies, Mofos, ExtremeTube, JuicyBoys and PornHub. Manwin also is nearing the completion of a deal that would land Reality Kings.
Manwin's new office in Los Angeles is located at 2300 W. Empire in Burbank, Calif., 91504.
