LOS ANGELES — A sex tape of actress Minka Kelly may be on the market, but this one is trouble.
What’s causing a stir is when the video was shot.
TMZ reported that it could have been made 16 days before Kelly’s 18th birthday, pointing to 2 songs from Brandy' Norwood’s second album, "Never Say Never" that are playing in the background. The album was released on June 8, 1998.
The 30-minute video, shot by Kelly and ex-boyfriend while on a jaunt in New Mexico was reportedly made using a tripod and TV monitor so the couple could watch the action.
Kelly’s mugging for the camera and dancing to the tunes.
The tape is being shopped by the ex, but unless there’s proof positive that it was produced after she became legal it’ll die on the shelf.
Kelly is best known for her roles in “Charlie’s Angels” and “Friday Night Lights.” She’s also set to play Jackie Kennedy in the new film biopic, "The Butler."
The hottie was also the girlfriend of New York Yankee baseball star Derek Jeter.
