VAN NUYS, Calif. — VCG Multimedia announced it is working on several projects that is says will "revolutionize" how to market and brand talent prior to entering the adult entertainment industry.

In addition, the new company has set out to provide beginning webcam models and talent with a foundation of multiple revenue streams, career management, and benefits such as health insurance.

Launched in May by a group with more than 30 years of combined industry experience, VCG Multimedia's flagship company is called Valley Cam Girls, which is a state-of-the-art webcam studio located in Van Nuys that is slated to launch later this summer.

Valley Cam Girls includes several unique cam studios that were designed by top porn stars such as Kylie Ireland, January Seraph, Lexi Belle and Andy San Dimas. Each individual cam studio is outfitted with HD camera equipment.

VCG Multimedia said that with its in-house PR firm it is ensuring that the marketing and branding of its employees starts from the first day of joining the company. VCG Multimedia is offering a competitive base salary, medical benefits, 401K, as well as other perks.

VCG Multimedia president Philip Mack remarked, “I am very excited about this company and our flagship project Valley Cam Girls (valleycamgirls.com) and what we are about to do here. I believe I have assembled an excellent executive staff comprising of Sandy Olds and Andy San Dimas, two individuals who get what it is we at VCG are trying to accomplish. I truly believe this will change the course of the industry.”
