ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. — Jenna Jameson's car troubles cease to go away. The former adult superstar, who was charged on two counts of DUI and one count of driving without a valid licence on June 25, a month after slamming her car into a pole, is now being sued by Maserati.
Tabloid site TMZ.com reports that the Italian auto manufacturer is taking Jameson to court in an effort to retrieve and collect on the Maserati Quattroporte S it leased to Jameson in 2010 and for which it has not received payment on since January of this year.
Maserati Financial Services filed the lawsuit in Orange County Superior Court. It is demanding $107,000 in damages and the vehicle's immediate return.
