LOS ANGELES — Rocco Reed, star of more than 400 straight titles, has signed an exclusive six-month contract with Manwin website Men.com. The XBIZ award-winning star performed his first gay scene on Thursday.
Reed has not made himself available for comment, but tweeted Wednesday night, "One book closes and another is opened." This morning, he followed that statement up with "Thank you everyone for the kind words. To the rest of you ... Have a nice day."
Photos from the shoot can already be seen at Men.com. Director Laura D, who previously shot for Naughty America, described Reed's scene with Tommy Defendi on her Twitter feed as "Hottt. I almost died."
Reed entered the adult industry in 2006 and quickly established himself as an A-lister, starring in high-end gonzos and big-budget features. He made his directorial debut with Penthouse Pictures' "10 Things I Hate About Love" and helmed DreamZone Entertainment's "Love or Lust" earlier this year.
Reed was named Male Performer of the Year at the 2012 XBIZ Awards.
"This is a very exciting time for Men.com," said product manager Christian Boucher. "Rocco Reed is an amazing performer, recognized the world over. We are happy to have a chance to showcase his charisma and talent on a completely new platform."
