ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. — Adult superstar Jenna Jameson has officially been charged with DUI for using drugs and alcohol as a result of her arrest May 25 when she smashed her car into a pole.
TMZ reported that Jameson's sobriety test at the time of the crash registered a .13 and showed that she had the prescription drugs zolpidem (Ambien) and buprenorphine (Suboxone) in her system.
Jameson has been charged with two counts of DUI and one count of driving without a valid license.
At the time of the incident, the cops said the star showed signs of intoxication. She had sustained minor injuries in the crash but refused medical care.
A 911 call secured by TMZ reported that a witness said she saw Jameson crashing her Range Rover into a pole in Orange County.
"I was actually getting ready to call you guys because she was drunk," the caller told the 911 operator ... adding, "Next thing I know she went into the pole."
The caller then asked Jameson if she needed paramedics to which she replied, "No, I just want to go."
Jameson was reportedly heard wailing in the background, "I'm Jenna Jameson."
If she’s convicted on all counts of the DUI charge, Jameson could do a year in jail.
