The company’s first ad campaign features the Wicked girls in images appropriate for all ages. The ads highlight new Wicked movies “Watching Samantha” starring Stormy Daniels, “Curse Eternal” with Jessica Drake, “Country Style” featuring Kirsten Price and “Rendezvous” with Carmen Heart.
A second video campaign will begin after May 18 featuring “Curse Eternal” plus new Wicked titles like Daniels’ “Three Wishes,” “Duality” starring Price, and “Honky Tonk Girl” with Hart.
Virgin’s store in the Hollywood & Highland complex is located between Grauman’s Chinese Theater and the Kodak Theater. The company hopes the high-profile exposure for its contract stars will lead to many new viewer impressions.
Landing billboard space in Times Square right across the street from where MTV films “Total Request Live” is a big coup for the Canoga Park-based adult film studio. This Virgin location is the largest entertainment store in the world and is a frequent home to many in-store appearances and concerts. Two years ago, the Wicked girls appeared there to meet and greet their fans.
“It’s a great opportunity to advertise at the Virgin locations,” Wicked Pictures president and owner Steve Orenstein said. “We’re very happy to do so.”
Billboard advertising has added a new wrinkle to adult marketing campaigns.
Zero Tolerance, in conjunction with San Diego’s F Street Adult Video & Gifts placed a billboard ad on the Mexico side of the U.S.-Mexico border to reach the Spanish-speaking market. Jenna Jameson’s company ClubJenna also incorporated a billboard in its marketing mix to promote “The New Devil in Miss Jones.”
