ORLANDO, Fla. — On Friday, May 11, Fairvilla Megastore in Orlando hosted Shades of Grey, a presentation of state-of-the-art products designed for romance, intimacy and sensation.
Sponsored by LELO, this upscale sales event brought together major pleasure product manufacturers who focused on their best products of 2012.
With the recent publicity of the book “Fifty Shades of Grey” and the marketing buzz surrounding the event, Fairvilla said it couldn’t be happier with the results.
“Shades of Grey attracted customers who were ready to learn more about the products we offer and act on the information they obtained,” said Debra Peterson, chief marketing officer for Fairvilla Megastores. “Sales were excellent at this promotion and we anticipate a long term residual effect.”
The event featured Fairvilla signature cocktails, desserts and a Shades of Grey Photo Exhibition, called “A study of form in light and shadow.” The winning photographer, Megan Shutz, took home $500 in cash and prizes for her winning entry.
Fairvilla’s Orlando store featured a new look with brighter and bolder product displays, more detailed item information and easier to navigate floor plan.
