OAKLAND, Calif. — Feelmore Entertainment’s producer, Nenna, has been nominated for a 2012 Feminist Porn Award for "Hella Brown: Real Sex in the City."
“I’m Hella excited," she said. "It’s not every day you get nominated for such a grand award and opportunity.
Nenna's film was also selected for the FPA event, Public.Provocative.Porn: The Year’s Best in Feminist Film, where select directors get to discuss their films.
The event will be held on Thursday April 19 at The Bloor Hot Docs Cinema located at 506 Bloor Street West at 9:30 p.m..
Recently, a scene from the film was awarded ‘Audience Award’ for 2011 East Bay Express Erotic Brief Short Film Festival.
In 2011, Nenna earned the FPA award for Most Deliciously Diverse Cast for "Tight Places: a Drop of Color."
"Hella Brown" features AfroDisiac, Altair, Blu, Brooklyn Skyy, and Chocolate Chipp.
