Raging Stallion, Falcon Receive 52 Grabby Awards Noms

SAN FRANCISCO — Raging Stallion Studios and Falcon Studios have received 52 nominations at the Grabby Awards.

"The Other Side of Aspen VI," the sixth installment of the gay porn franchise and the first Falcon release produced after the company merged with Raging Stallion Studios, scored nine nominations including Best Movie, Best All Sex, Best Director, Best Videography, Best Box Cover and three nominated scenes.

"Giants Part 1," Raging Stallions’ erotic journey through a lush and idyllic vineyard received eight nominations: Best Movie, Best All Sex, Best Director, Best Videography, Best Art Direction and recognition for a trio of scenes.

Chris Ward was given a nomination for his direction of "The Other Side of Aspen VI."

Ward and Steve Cruz were honored with a directing nod for their collaboration on "Giants Part 1." Last year’s winning director, Tony Dimarco was nominated for his direction of "Golden Gate-Seduced By San Francisco," which was co-produced by Naked Sword and Raging Stallion/Falcon Studios.

Falcon and Raging Stallion exclusive models also received numerous nominations in scene and performer categories. Landon Conrad and Tom Wolfe each received a nomination for Performer of the Year. Andrew Jakk and Heath Jordan were given nods for Best Newcomer, and Jesse Santana was chosen in the Best Versatile Performer and Hottest Bottom Categories.

All told, Conrad had six nominations, Jordan had five, Jakk was given four, Santana and Wolfe both scored two and Erik Rhodes and Race Cooper banked one each. Wolfe is slated to co-host this year’s Grabby presentation.

"We're honored by all the nominations for this year’s Grabbys, and we want to thank the Grabbys nominating committee for their recognition," Ward said, president of Falcon Studios and Raging Stallion Studios.

“This acknowledgement goes out to our entire team at Raging Stallion and Falcon Studios. All our models and our exceptional staff are excited by this amazing achievement."

The Grabbys, owned by Grab Magazine, have been honoring the best in gay porn for more than 20 years. The awards have historically been presented in a live ceremony during Memorial Day weekend in conjunction with the International Mister Leather Contest.
