LOS ANGELES — Actor, television and Internet host, James Bartholet will be conducting another acting workshop on Sunday, March 4.
The workshop will be geared toward adult performers who want to sharpen their acting chops, and will cover the basics of acting and improvisation, with on-camera tapings of acting scenes.
The workshop will be held in West Hollywood, Calif., at 1 p.m. The price will be $40 per student. The classes are three to four hours long.
“With so many parodies and features being made now, to get ahead in the industry and keep working, you've got to develop and fine tune your craft as an actor and actress as well," Bartholet said.
“We’ve had very good responses from our previous workshop. Performers are telling me they are getting cast in better roles. We will go over cold readings, scene study, character development, improvisation skills, and pick a scene to do from a mainstream film or television script."
Bartholet has years of experience in acting and directing in the mainstream and adult industries and acts in many adult parodies and features.
Bartholet recently won his second AVN for Best Non Sex Actor for Wicked Pictures’ "The Rocki Whore Picture Show."
He has received several awards and nominations in both adult and mainstream productions, and coaches actors in the adult and mainstream industries, and performed sketch comedy at world famous Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip.
