BRISTOL, Pa. — Crossover distributor XGEN Products announced a retail display contest in which retailers are being asked to develop a creative display for its Pleasure Wigs to win a turnkey lingerie section for their store.
The winning display will earn its creator a fully-stocked Lapdance merchandising kit featuring a 36” vinyl planogram, slat wall hooks, and 126 packaged garments — a $750 value.
“We are giving someone a no-risk, no-investment opportunity to launch an apparel department in their store,” XGEN Vice President Andy Green said. “At the same time, we’re encouraging all of our customers to re-imagine how they display Pleasure Wigs. Ultimately, we envision retailers cross-merchandising Pleasure Wigs, Lapdance, and our Eye Candy lines — so our goal is to trigger inclusive planning and creativity.”
The contest begins today and ends on March 19. XGEN will collect photos of the Pleasure Wigs displays by email at sales@xgenproducts.com, and will announce the winner at the XGEN booth 216 at the International Lingerie Show in Las Vegas on March 26.
