“We are pulling out all the stops for the New York show,” Entertainment Director Eric Masters said.
Billed as a “celebration of flesh, fetish and freedom,” the show will feature more than 50 live acts, including music, erotic performers, exotic dancers and sideshows, as well as theme rooms, interactive displays, sets and backdrops, fantasy halls, BDSM demonstrations and fetish fashion shows.
A number of costume contests are planned, with $10,000 in prize money to be awarded.
The show is closed to the public for the first two hours on each day and open to the trade only. More than 100 adult entertainment companies are slated to exhibit movies, games, websites and novelties. There also will be panel discussions with adult performers, company executives and media on 1st Amendment rights.
“Every year, I get thousands of emails from our guests, and the two most common questions are, ‘When are you going to do a Ball in the Spring?’ and ‘When are you going to do a Ball back East?’” Perry Mann, founder of the Exotic Erotic Ball, said. “We've finally decided to do both.”
Adult stars Violet Blue and Raquel Divine will be coordinating main stage activities throughout the show, including a performance by Tera Patrick.
