Phoenix Forum Seminars Return With New Slant

TEMPE, Ariz. — The Phoenix Forum announced today its series of seminar tracks will once again be returning as an integral part of the 2012 event.

The Forum has developed and designed these educational sessions around what is affecting the greater online adult industry; and this philosophy remains unchanged, event organizers said.

They also said that community input plays a large role in determining which topics should be covered.

“To that end, the call for seminars is underway,” event organizers said. “If you have an idea for a topic or would like to participate as a panelist or speaker, contact seminars@thephoenixforum.com.”

However, even as the original concept behind seminars remains intact, organizers said there are a few new wrinkles to the structure of the sessions.

“One piece of feedback we heard last year was our naming convention for the sessions was sometimes unclear. For 2012, we are going back to the chalkboard (so to speak) and developing a set of themes centered on the primary purpose of our seminars — education.”

There also will be interactive labs to encourage attendee participation and the sessions will be named to reflect college or university classes. That is, an introductory session for those new to the industry could be called Business 101, while a more in-depth session could be called Advanced Billing 501.

The Phoenix Forum runs from March 29 to April 1 at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel.

Event registration will begin on Jan. 23, and more information can be found at ThePhoenixForum.com.
