LAS VEGAS — Bluebird Films announced it has received 16 nominations for the 2012 XBIZ Awards, including Feature Studio of the Year, Parody Studio of the Year, and Gonzo/All-Sex Studio of the Year.
Their blockbuster release "Katwoman XXX," picked up 10 nominations for everything from acting and script nods to directing, editing, and special effects.
“I couldn't be happier,” said CEO and director Nicholas Steele. “A great deal of work went into making this movie and it feels good not just for me but for all of us to receive this kind of validation. I want to thank everyone at XBIZ.”
Equally as pleased is Bluebird Films eclectic owner, the man behind not only the screenplay but the dramatic performances as the Jo-Kerr as well, Paul Chaplin.

In "Katwoman XXX," Gothard City is in danger of being wiped out by a deadly virus and Katwoman is their only hope of survival.
Bluebird Films owner and producer Chaplin reprises his role as The Jo-Kerr co-starring with Glambirds Anna Lovato, Natasha Marley and Lady Gemma Massey who appears in her first feature role as Jokette, the villain’s insane lover.
The cream of the industry cast also includes Kagney Linn Karter, Andy San Dimas, Jennifer Dark, Bridgette B, and Lexi Swallow.
The 2012 XBIZ Awards show, presented by MyFreeCams.com, is scheduled to take place Jan. 10.
