ST. LOUIS — Gay adult performer Rock Rockafella has announced his retirement from the porn industry.
The star and CEO of Rockafellaz Entertainment said he was planning on leaving the business for some time.
Although the Rockafellaz website is currently dormant, the company said more productions will be filmed and new talent will be added.
“I have been in the industry for several years. I have grown to respect it and admire it from several perspectives. During my time as an adult film performer I have learned a lot, grown to become a better businessman and appreciate the art of sex between two people and its reference to adult film entertainment,” Rockafella said.
He added, “I feel that I have given a different view of black gay porn to viewers across the world by adding my special touch. I just feel that it time for me to step down and allow a new face to step forward within the company. My time has been well spent and showcased. I am going to truly miss all the fans because you all are the ones that made my time in this game successful. I don’t want to ramble but I do want to say thank you for allowing me to be among the best. I love and will miss you all.”
Rockafella’s career spanned four years, establishing his name among well-known performers including Tiger Tyson, Castro Supreme and more.
The company said it would be announcing the new faces of Rockafellaz Entertainment over the next few months. The CEO said he has been looking for the individual that would fit the company look as well as carry on what the company represents — “opportunity, sex appeal, hardcore, true freakiness and providing hot action and real entertainment for its viewers.”
A special farewell party will be announced soon, as well at the sponsoring city and venue.
