AEBN Vows to Fight .XXX Brand Violations

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — AEBN joined several adult businesses today when it affirmed its resolution to protect its trademark in the face of mounting concerns within the industry of what the new .XXX sTLD could mean for established brands.

Speaking on behalf of AEBN, vice president of sales and marketing Jerry Anders cited that the utmost concern of the company is to protect its intellectual property and aggressively pursue those who trespass on it.

"With the flood of new domains the new .XXX domain will make available, trademark infringement and brand dilution is a serious issue facing many of us," Anders said.

"However, we want it known we will consider any .XXX domains registered with our trademarks to be a violation of our intellectual property. We are prepared to vigorously defend against any infringement."

Founded in 1999, AEBN has been a top provider of adult video-on-demand for more than a decade. The company now includes a presence in the gay industry through its mergers with NakedSword, Raging Stallion Studios and Falcon Studios.

AEBN is also the creative force behind RealTouch, the high-tech male intimacy device.
