LOS ANGELES — Fun Factory USA has revealed its new recruits, with terms beginning June 2011.
Fun Factory USA announced Joe Curtis as the company’s new CEO who will be responsible for managing overall operations. Emilie Rosanvallon also has been added to the team and is responsible for sales and communications.
“We are committed to our American customers and believe that Joe and Emilie will help our U.S. team (Memo De la Vega and Patty Carmone) serve them in an extraordinary way,” said Dirk Bauer, Fun Factory’s president and founder. “I look forward to the growth and improvements Joe and Emilie will bring to the U.S. operation.”
Curtis brings 15 years of management experience to the Fun Factory USA team.
"My goal with Fun Factory is to bring to the market a level of customer service absolutely unsurpassed by any company,” Curtis said. “My emphasis will be on exceeding customer expectations on both a business and consumer level and establishing Fun Factory as a top brand in the U.S."
Emilie Rosanvallon is French-American and attended Vassar College in New York where she studied sexuality and sociology. After graduating she worked as a sex-positive performer and promoter, working with the circus in San Francisco before founding her own production company in her hometown of Paris.
According to the company, as a skilled comedy improvisation artist, she conducted communications training for executives in Europe in 2009 and went on to work full time for a consulting firm as a crisis communications specialist, advising top-tier multinational companies such as DANONE and Veolia.
“Everything I’ve ever done always had to do with three things: sex, fun and communication,” Rosanvallon said. “This is my dream job.”
Fun Factory USA will be represented at the AVN show and the ANME show next month in California.
