NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jet Set Men director Chris Steele was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the 2nd Annual Trendy Awards.
Jet Set Men’s director of casting and marketing, Rob Romoni took to the stage to announce this year’s Hall of Fame winner.
“This years recipient of this Hall of Fame Award is a vanguard in the gay industry and one of the most successful, creative and innovative people the gay adult industry has ever seen,” Romoni said right before announcing Steele as the winner.
Steele began his adult career in 1998 as a model and received several nominations and awards for his scenes. He eventually transitioned from a model to becoming one of Jet Set Men’s top directors.
“Steele’s body of work as a director personifies the tenacity, vision, inclination and drive that have been credited with launching an endless list of gay porn superstars which has cultivated a library of blockbuster movies like 'Getting Levi’s Johnson' and 'Jersey Score' that have been successful all over the world,” the company said.
At the end of the night, Steele thanked everyone who stood by him on his journey in the gay adult industry.
