CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Private Media Group is filing suit against another tube site operator.
Igor Gens, who operates JizzBo.com, has been clobbered with Private's copyright and trademark claims totaling $7.95 million.
Details of the suit have not been revealed by Private; many court papers relative to the case filed at U.S. District Court in Iowa have been marked as "restricted."
Chad Belville, Private's attorney, also could not reveal any other information to XBIZ, saying, "at this time we have no comment." XBIZ was unable to reach Gens at post time.
Jizzbo.com, a tube site, has an Alexa traffic rank of No. 26,958.
In the past year, Private has sued the operators of YouJizz.com, SkimTube.com, EskimoTube.com and Tjoob.com, as well as XonDemand, EmpFlix.com and TnAFlix.com. All of the suits currently are pending.
