LOS ANGELES — Wicked Pictures, the 2011 XBIZ Feature Studio of the Year, has announced the release of actor/director Barrett Blade's new couples movie "Protect Me From Love."
The movie features former Atlanta Hawks cheerleader and fast rising star, Briana Blair, in the lead role. The southern belle was one of XBIZ's 2011 New Starlet of the Year contenders.
Blair plays Kelly, a sexy young woman who seems to be enjoying a perfect relationship with her partner Zack (Kris Slater). But appearances can be deceiving, and when Kelly's best friend Amy begins meddling, she becomes determined to prove him unworthy of her love. Convinced Amy has uncovered an affair, Kelly falls into the arms of a former flame. Meanwhile, Zack tries desperately to clear his name and uncover the truth. Will Kelly realize her mistake or will her misguided friends continue to protect her from love?
The supporting cast includes India Summer, Kortney Kane, Natalie Vegas, Barry Scott, Danny Wylde and Mick Blue.
Blade is riding the momentum of his most recent release "Anarchy," which received an Editor's Choice from XBIZ in its May issue.
