Each month ATKingdom selects an up and coming model to be named the title. The model is selected based on a user poll.
The 22-year-old Carter's first shoot was for ATK Galleria with the Alisha Silver.
ATKingdom said that Carter's "great attitude and sweet personality" made her an easy choice.
