Wicked Launches Virtual Community for 'Rocki Whore' Parody

LOS ANGELES — Wicked Pictures announced today the launch of a virtual community devoted to Brad Armstrong's upcoming musical “The Rocki Whore Picture Show: A Hardcore Parody.”

The 2011 XBIZ Feature Studio of the Year said that with the recent release of the movie’s trailer fans have been searching for a way to express their love of all things "Rocki.”

The website features three contests that allow enterprising “Transylvanians” to put their social media skills to work for chances to win prizes that include an Apple iPad, iPod Touch and autographed collectibles including signed DVDs and more.

Wicked said whether fans enjoy displaying their creativity on YouTube, Facebook or Twitter, they'll find contests to suit their tastes and skill sets.

The company noted that following the rules will be "as easy as learning the dance steps to one of the movie's exciting dance numbers."

To inspire their creativity, fans will find image galleries and video resources on the website to help craft tributes to their favorite characters and moments from the film.

The community also features a message board where fans can discuss the movie, the contests and Wicked Girls. Additional updates from Wicked Pictures about upcoming promotions, public appearances and screenings of the parody will also be posted.

The contests run March 9-28. Winners will be announced on June 2.

Contest details, prizes and rules are available here.
