AWE’s Program Director Exits the Company

CYBERSPACE — Mickey Bojcsik, program director of Adult Webmaster Empire-Lalib Marketing Support Group has announced he will be exiting the company, passing on management of the affiliate program to David Urban, who will be promoted to program manager.

“Over the years AWE has become a global force and brand to be reckoned with, taking it to where it is today has been a great experience," Bojcsik said. "The decision to exit the company is made knowing that every once in a while a radical change is needed in order to grow. I leave behind a great team and strategically well positioned program parting on amicable terms. The mutually shared professional and personal respect made the decision for change even harder, but also leaves the door open for future cooperation. AWE is on its way to further growth in 2011, the company`s cash-flow, traffic and revenues are extremely healthy and there are some interesting developments planned for the near future.”

During his long tenure with the company, Bojcsik’s responsibilities included overall affiliate program management and strategic planning, overseeing the development of MyCams.com, management of various acquisitions and the development of industry-first affiliate promotions.

The affiliate program earned numerous nominations and won European Affiliate Program of the Year at the 2011 XBIZ Awards. AWE’s loyal affiliates and team members contributed to helping LiveJasmin, AWE’s flagship live video chat community, earn its leadership position as an award winning product and the world’s most-visited video chat community.

“I credit our achievements in large part to the efforts of our superb team," Bojcsik said. "Creative, energetic, hard-working individuals make up the company and it’s been a true pleasure working with them. I will miss them but leave them behind confidently, knowing that Dave is on the right path to becoming a solid leader and the team is able and prepared to create great things at AWE.”
