The event is a celebration of love, art, culture and will feature various musicians, comedy troupes and guest speakers.
“This is an event for people from all walks of life to connect on a deeper level than you might get to, say if you were meeting someone out at a regular nightclub,” Sechrest said.
“Come alone or bring your friends. Whether you’re straight or gay, bisexual or transgendered, no matter your ethnicity or background, age or shoe size, the message is All Need Love.”
Proceeds from the event will go towards The Kabbalah Center's foundation Success for Kids.
The festival will be held at The Field Museum Feb. 14.
Tickets are available for advance purchase only at the web site AllNeedLove. Tickets will not be available at the door.
For the next five days only, Sechrest is offering a special 12 percent discount on tickets to readers of his blog JasonCurious.com/desk/.
