Phoenix Forum Hotel Reservations Begin Jan. 25

TEMPE, Ariz. — Organizers of the Phoenix Forum have announced that hotel reservations for this year's show begin on Tuesday.

At 9 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 25 (Arizona time), attendees can reserve lodging by calling 800-547-8705. This year, the Tempe Mission Palms has implemented a queue system to assist callers in the order that they called.

Additionally, only two rooms can be reserved per call, and callers are required to be a registered attendee of the Phoenix Forum to book a room. Special conference rate group codes can be found by visiting https://www.thephoenixforum.com/travel.php.

Rooms at the Mission Palms typically go fast, and in the event there are none available upon calling, names and contact information of other nearby hotels are listed on the Phoenix Forum website.

Registration to attend the Phoenix Forum is also open, and until Feb. 4, an early bird special registration fee of $195 per person is available. Between Feb. 5 and March 30, the fee will be $275 per person. And for those registering on-site, the fee will be $325 per person.

The 2011 Phoenix Forum starts on March 31 and ends on April 2. During the three-day event, the entire hotel will be accessible only to Phoenix Forum staff, guests, and attendees, ensuring uninterrupted networking and socializing.
