DatingGold Launches Into Gay Market With ManList

STOCKTON, Calif. — Dating affiliate program DatingGold announced today the launch of its online gay dating site ManList.com.

The company said the new site offers member features including live chat, instant messaging, galleries, email and others. Additional features, which will bring more interactivity to the site, will be launched in the coming months.

“We are pleased with the initial look and features of the site,” CEO Allan Henning said.

“It was really important to us that when we launched our gay product, its structure was not just a copy of our other sites. ManList has its own look, additional features and unique feel. We waited to promote this site until we were sure we could do it right.”

The company said that as part of the initial launch, ManList is offering the premium membership for a free 30-day trial. These memberships will include access to all the site's features and will not require any credit card information until members choose to upgrade after the trial period.

“The key to a successful dating site is member interaction,” said Jeff Rosenberg, gay project manager.

“Most of the other dating sites require you to pay before trying any of the features. Our initial beta test and outreach to members has exceeded our expectations. Already we are seeing return visits, and member interaction grow every day.”

The company said it plans on releasing the site for affiliate promotions at the start of 2011.

“Our sales team will be working with affiliates who are currently promoting our other gay property in this transition so they can continue to build on the conversions they’ve enjoyed so far," said AK, vice president of sales and marketing.

The company said that instead of ending the promotions for the existing site GayAmateurMatch.com, DatingGold will offer an opportunity for affiliates to promote the new site first and then work with any current affiliates to make a seamless transition.
