Charlie Sheen Sues Porn Star Capri Anderson for Extortion

LOS ANGELES — Actor Charlie Sheen fired back at porn star Capri Anderson today suing her for extortion only hours after she appeared on morning TV saying she was slapping Sheen with civil and criminal lawsuits over an incident at the Plaza Hotel in New York City.

TMZ reported that the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, said Anderson demanded "at least One Million Dollars" from Sheen and allegedly threatened to go to prosecutors in Aspen to get Charlie's probation violated.

Capri also threatened "to embarrass him and attempt to damage his career by going to the media with her false tale," according to the filing.

The suit says, "At no time did Sheen assault, batter or threaten Walsh [Anderson's real last name]." Sheen also alleges that the porn star admitted to third parties after the incident she had not been battered or held against her will.

The suit also said Anderson told the NYPD that Sheen acted "like a total gentleman."

Anderson is also accused of allegedly stealing Sheen’s $165,000 Patek Philippe watch.

The suit was filed by celebrity lawyer Marty Singer and describes Anderson as "an opportunistic pornographic film star and publicity hungry scam-artist."

Sheen is asking for unspecified damages, but won’t settle for less than the $165,000 for his watch.
