Tequila filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming her former boyfriend Ten contacted Blatt to try to sell “explicitly sexual” videos she made with him seven years ago.
Tequila, whose real name is Thien Thanh Thi Nguyen, claimed she dated Ten for about eight months. During a trip to St. Barts, they made videos “of an explicitly sexual nature.” She said she asked Ten to delete the sexual material.
In her claim, Tequila said Blatt and his attorney have contacted various individuals trying to market the video.
“It’s ridiculous,” Blatt told XBIZ. “I’m a business man and I do everything above board. I never approached Tila or her people. I’m confident that I’ll be vindicated.”
Tequila said she has "made it abundantly clear" that she does not want them to do it, but they're going ahead with it anyway.
Tequila was seeking an injunction and punitive damages for privacy invasion, misappropriation of publicity, unfair business practices and breach of oral contract.
Tequila’s attorney, Alan Gutman, was unavailable to comment by post time.
