TMZ reports the sex tapes include two different partners with girl-on-girl and guy-on-girl action. Vivid reportedly wants both tapes, but another company has already grabbed a hold of one and is vying for the other.
Both companies want to sign Tequila and distribute the tapes, but neither company can do anything without her permission.
"If anyone out there is trying to leak a private and personal sex tape of me that was not meant for the public, I will swiftly deal with my lawyers," Tequila said.
