While this is a one-movie deal for JJF and Platinum Blue, Manning told XBiz that he would like to extend it to future JJF releases.
“I’ve starred in Jennifer’s movies. I know what kinds of movies she makes, I know she shoots in hi-def and that she enhances the quality of her movies,” Manning told XBiz. “The ball is in her court now. If Jennifer can continue to get funding, we’d like to distribute as many or as few movies as she can make.”
The agreement covers retail and online distribution of the DVD, as well as hotel/motel deals and video-on-demand. Broadcast distribution of “The Fed Who Loved Me,” like all JJF releases, will be handled by Marc Bruder’s Cable Entertainment Distribution, which handles broadcast distribution for the majority of adult studios.
“Nick and I have been friends for years, since he starred in ‘Wet Fantasies,’ a movie I did for Adam & Eve,” James told XBiz. “He and Skye and Dean really have their act together. I like what they’re doing, and I’m excited to be a part of it.”
Platinum Blue also handles distribution for Edge Entertainment, John T. Bone’s Latin Extreme series and Dale DaBone’s Miami Maidens pro-am series.
