Protestors carried signs that read, “Condoms in Porn Now” and “Condoms Save Lives.”
Others carried posters of a picture of Larry Flynt flashing his middle finger.
Most of the protestors were volunteers and employees of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, which has been pushing for mandatory condom use in adult production.
In response, Larry Flynt spokeswoman Julie Messing said in a statement that the adult film industry has safeguards in place to protect performers and that Cal/OSHA is “complaint-driven organization” with most complaints filed by AHF and not adult industry performers.
