A $10,000 felony arrest warrant has been issued for Genevieve Elise Silva of Richmond on suspicion of having sex with a child under 18, rape by use of an intoxicating, anesthetic or controlled substance and detaining or concealing a child from his legal custodian, Richmond police Sgt. Mitch Peixoto said.
The boy, who is now receiving treatment for drug addiction, also has started talking with his family and investigators about what happened, Peixoto said. Silva’s younger brother reportedly introduced her to the boy, who said he began a sexual relationship with Silva after he ran away from his home in El Sobrante, Calif., and went to live with her in Richmond in June.
Authorities added that Silva supplied the boy with methamphetamines, ecstasy and marijuana.
The boy, Silva and her mother, Rhonda Silva, then moved to Roosevelt, Okla., where Silva and the boy continued their relationship and their drug use, Peixoto said. Investigators are still unsure of Rhonda Silva's role in the case.
The boy's family located him after questioning other students at the high school and calling police in Oklahoma. They were able to reunite with their son in October. Police have not yet located Silva.
Pornographic pictures of Silva are posted on an Internet site that also advertises her adult movies, including "Legal at Last" and "Dirty Debutantes."
