Speed Painting at Barcelona Summit to Benefit ASACP, Haiti

BARCELONA — A special charity event will be hosted by Epoch and RIVCash at the upcoming Barcelona Summit, held in support of the ASACP Foundation and Haiti relief.

According to the foundation, the unique speed painting art event and auction will feature one of Barcelona's most famous artists, David Machuca, who will create a large, impressionistic painting of the Barcelona Summit.

Attendees of the Barcelona Summit can watch the artist at work on the show floor during the event, which will be held on Saturday, February 20, from noon until 5:00 p.m. — and will conclude with the artwork being auctioned at 5:45 p.m., with all proceeds to benefit the ASACP Foundation's child protection efforts and Haitian relief.

Representatives of Internet Payment Service Provider Epoch and the Rivcams.com webcam affiliate program, RIVCash, will be leading the auction.

"Epoch is excited to once again be a part of the Barcelona Summit and happy to sponsor the fundraising events that will help a Haitian child relief agency, as well as the continuing efforts regarding child protection advocated by ASACP," Epoch's Rand Pate said.

"Children should always be our highest priority because they are the most vulnerable," ASACP CEO Joan Irvine stated. "I am incredibly grateful to the Barcelona Summit for organizing this event and thanks to the generosity of Epoch and RIVCash for sponsoring it, all proceeds will benefit the ASACP Foundation and a children's charity in Haiti."

"The Barcelona Summit strongly believes in helping those most in need — children," Andreas Bischoff of The Barcelona Summit added. "We hope many will join us in our support and make the auction a wonderful success for the online child protection efforts of the ASACP Foundation and the relief efforts to help children in Haiti."
