Live XXX Launches Billable Vodcast Service

LONDON — Live XXX, an adult television producer that launched on British cable three years ago, released a new podcast and vodcast service this week that includes a billable subscription service to the company’s audio and video content.

In a quest to put adult content on every device possible, Patrick Holiday, head of broadcast for Live XXX, said viewers and listeners can download free weekly casts or upgrade to a subscription service for access to more content.

The service, he said, already is integrated into the company’s existing affiliate service, as well as its RSS feeds, and incorporates password protection for subscription billing to the casts.

Membership rates start at $9.99 per month.

“With technology moving so fast you have to be at the forefront of what you do,” Holiday said. “Our admin system allows our video editors to directly upload video straight into our RSS feed.”

Holiday said the company is already setting up some of its top girls to directly add naughty audio stories and webcam footage from their home.

“[This is] are an integral part of our future,” Holiday said. “We are in the adult broadcast sphere and this is another tool that we can use to connect with our viewers and listeners.”

Currently, Live XXX’s online presence touts members from all over the world, including England, Ireland, the U.S., Norway, Germany, France, India and Indonesia.

Live XXX broadcasting service airs on channel 995 in the U.K., where it offers viewers the chance to call and SMS live porn stars, including Poppy Morgan, Bobbi Eden, Alicia Rhodes, Cathy Barry and more than 100 more.
