Verotel Launches Pay-by-Password System

AMSTERDAM — Verotel has launched Verotel QuickCharge, which allows consumers to make pay-per-view payments with an email address and password.

Verotel also has integrated a wide range of alternative billing solutions into QuickCharge.

"The new QuickCharge system allows us to process transactions easier, more efficiently and faster," said Cherryl van der Graaf, who leads business development at Verotel. "It's a true win-win situation for all parties. Internet users trust our brand and know that we never provide their data to others.

“And merchants will process more transactions because it's very easy for a user to process a new transaction with their Verotel QuickCharge account."

Only the registered end-user can access QuickCharge accounts through Verotel-supported websites.

Verotel is a certified service provider with VISA and MasterCard and is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

The company is located in Amsterdam, with offices elsewhere in the Netherlands and in the U.K. and Czech Republic.

Verotel processes credit card transactions in more than 60 currencies.
