According to the company, live customer service is an extension of its commitment to provide consumers with premium service. SexToys.com also offers information and education campaigns regarding sexual health and well-being.
“Our goal is to be the premiere customer service providers in our industry, ecommerce, or otherwise,” Farlow said.
National A-1, which also owns HotMovies.com and affiliate program MovieDollars.com, owns SexToys.com. SexToys.com will launch its own affiliate program, ToySales.com, on Jan. 7.
