Every year, industry decision-makers from around the globe attend XBIZ LA for three days of unparalleled presentations and deal-making opportunities at the epicenter of the multibillion-dollar adult entertainment industry.
XBIZ LA 2010 will be held at the Sofitel Hotel in Hollywood, Calif., Feb. 9-11.
XBIZ founder and Publisher Alec Helmy said the conference’s theme, “Uncover and Seize: The Future of Adult Entertainment,” was chosen because industry professionals must capitalize on new techniques, technologies and business methods in order to best position their businesses for the coming future.
“The conference, like the business itself, is in constant motion,” Helmy said. “This year, the stage is set with exciting new show features as well as new venues for both XBIZ LA and the annual XBIZ Awards show."
XBIZ Associate Publisher Kristen Kaye said that the Sofitel hotel lends itself perfectly to the new focus and scope of the show.
“By design, the purpose of this conference is to gain invaluable insight into business today and well beyond tomorrow as well as to connect with the movers and shakers of the biz,” she said.
XBIZ LA consists of 3 days of workshops, technology demo sessions, networking lunches and the wildly popular XBIZ Speed Networking. It also includes the annual XBIZ Golf Tournament, presented by X2K and Netbilling, and the 10th annual Cybersocket Awards among other exclusive special events to be announced in the coming weeks.
The conference will also host the annual FSC meeting featuring special guest keynote speakers and the highly anticipated 8th annual XBIZ Awards.
XBIZ LA is attended by web professionals (webmasters), Internet service providers, traffic buyers and sellers, content producers and licensors, technology/software providers, adult business consultants, legal advisors, creative professionals, performers/talent and members of the media among others.
