"Cancer was found in her lymph nodes," Swift's friend director Nica Noelle told XBIZ. "They did tests on the tissue after the surgery and they found it. They thought that it hadn't spread, but it had."
After being discharged from the hospital on Saturday, Swift is resting at home with her family. Plans call for her to undergo chemotherapy after the second surgery.
A onetime contract performer for Wicked Pictures, Swift, 37, has been a performer since 1995.
