Butts, star of the Showtime series “Family Business,” has partnered with Steve Rosen in the venture, which he says will offer services that are unique within the adult industry to serve the needs of performers as well as the directors and producers they work with.
“First of all, we are giving our models an option of receiving payment within 72 business hours of completing a job,” Butts said, pointing to one of the agency’s novel features. “Next, we have assembled an advisory council that includes a financial planner, Certified Public Accountant and health insurance specialist to provide guidance and expertise to our models.
“We will never allow ourselves to forget that we work for the performers and not vice versa,” he added.
Other services Lighthouse Talent Agency plans to make available to performers include stylists and personal training sessions.
Butts said studios that book Lighthouse models can expect a variety of fresh faces. He added that the agency will take “extra steps to verify the age of [its] performers.”
Lighthouse Talent Agency is currently interviewing potential models and will launch a website in the coming weeks.
